 There are several ways to pay your union dues, which are currently $23 per month.

• You can pay online at cmwcarpenters.com where once you create an account you can login and pay your dues with a credit card online.
  
• You can pay at the office with check, money order, cash or credit. The office is located at 9278 Bass Pro Blvd. Rossford, Ohio 43460
  
• You can mail a check or money order in made out to "Carpenters Local 351" mailed to 9278 Bass Pro Blvd. Rossford, Ohio 43460
  
• Use your bank's online bill payment system. Most banks offer free online bill payment. Simply add a payee and use your UBC ID number as your account number and  use the name and address of your local in the previous step for the payee information. You can then schedule it to be a recurring payment or as a one time payment.

The reciprocal forms labeled "for traveler" are meant for UBC members who are working in Northwest Ohio who want to have their money sent to their home funds. The other reciprocal forms are for use by our members when working in an area outside of your home fund. Please note which form you download to make sure you're downloading the correct one.

Also included is the form to fill out for automatic withdrawal of your union dues from your vacation savings account. We also have the contractor lists, feel free to call these contractors if you're laid off and looking for work.
